“STONE AIRPLANE” by Shel Silverstein Paraphrase: Stanza1: describes the airplane : home and stone Connotation: Alliteration: home……...stone Attitude:  curious but  sad, showing the limits of imagination. Shift: the stanza describes about make something that can’t move Opinion: the poem talks about making a plane that can’t fly   Recommendation I will like to recommend this poem to my friends.
